Together, we're better. Through the power of peer support, Lean In D.C.Circles are changing lives.

While we can’t guarantee you’ll achieve your wildest dream, we can promise that joining a Circle will give you the support to go for it.

More than 80% of members say they’re more likely to take on a new challenge or opportunity because of their Circle.

WHAT IS A CIRCLE?

Lean In D.C. Circles range in size - from small, intimate Circles with a consistent group of individuals to larger Circles where each meeting provides an opportunity for new connections. Each Circle is led by one or two moderators who facilitate the conversations and ensure a supportive environment.

Circles offer a place for individuals to build community and be authentically themselves. Circles allow members to learn from each other, discuss challenges and successes, engage in thought-provoking conversations, show solidarity, and gain a community of like-minded individuals. A Circle is a place to find community and support- no matter your goal or stage in life.

Lean In D.C. currently has over 17 Circles with 100 active members. For more information or help with finding a circle, please contact lidccircles@gmail.com.

CIRCLES ARE BUILT ON THREE CORE VALUES.

HOW DO THEY WORK?

Circles are small peer groups that meet regularly to learn and improve together —and they are producing amazing results.

Women who actively participate in Circles:

  • Meet on a regular basis. Circles typically meet one to two times a month.

  • Meet where it is convenient. Circles can meet anywhere from a local coffee shop to a Circle member’s home.

  • Circles are for everyone. Each Circle is unique and can be tailored to reflect the goals and ambitions of the members.
